I'm Pooja Verma, a Strategic User Experience Designer and Researcher based in Mumbai, currently working at HCL Technologies Ltd.

With a background in Software Engineering and Product Design, I create Enterprise and B2B experiences by merging business strategy, design thinking and research-driven decision making. Over the years, I’ve collaborated with global clients across different geographies and domains, contributing to complex business workflows and user-centered solutions.

Alongside designing digital products, I'm also an Intuitive Abstract Artist under the name @thedoodlevert. I enjoy working with geometry and creating hand-drawn compositions that balance structure and flow.
